What is included in the discovery call?+

A 20-minute conversation about what you're building, where you're stuck, and whether our approach fits your situation. No charge, no pressure, no sales script. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you who is.

Do I need to choose a pillar before booking?+

No. Most founders begin not knowing whether they need Consult, Plan, Management, or Reach. The discovery call exists precisely to figure that out together. Many engagements span more than one pillar.

How are payments structured?+

Projects under $5,000 are split 50% to begin, 50% on delivery. Larger engagements are split into thirds. Monthly retainers are billed on the first of the month. We accept cards, ACH, and wire.

Do you offer refunds or cancellation?+

Hourly and packaged work is refundable up to 7 days before commencement. Monthly retainers require 30 days' written notice. Library purchases are non-refundable due to instant download access, but we credit 100% toward any pa
